Guy goes to the island of Kauai, in Hawaii, to try an oxtail saimin, a Hawaiian dish cooked at Saimin Dojo. The plate is the perfect mix of Japanese udon and Chinese ramen with Hawaiian flavours.

In our second episode of our babymoon series here in Hawaii we have popped over to Kauai, the rain-forest island to show you everything what we saw, did and ate.

After checking into our resort for the next 3 days at Koloa Landing Resort, an apartment style resort with a massive pool we headed out for S’mores before going down to have dinner at the Holoholi grill to try Poke for the first time.

The next day we started at sunrise to head to the Little Fish Coffee cafe to grab a bagel for the road as we made our way towards Waimea national park to see the breathtaking views of the waterfall, Kalalau Valley and the Napali Coast.

That evening we relaxed by the pool, went down the water slides before waking up the next day and making our way to the northsore to have some fish tacos and shave ice.
