In this video, I will show you the best way to prepare the Samyang Fire Noodles! They taste so great with chicken katsu! 😀

Today we are making a menpachi miso soup with miso paste, somen noodles using an original miso recipe. We caught this menpachi fishing and hunting with a three prong or hawaiian sling spear. Spearfishing in Hawaii is a popular past time. Lots of Hawaiians also fish menpachi at night and catch and cook the fish. Fishing in Hawaii is one of the most popular activities as we are surrounded by ocean. Fish recipes, Hawaiian food, Japanese food is all a part of our melting pot of different ethnicities. Eat this miso soup with rice and you are sure to be a happy foodie.
Hawaii fishing also means night fishing on Oahu or big island. Then we take the fish and use our families miso soup recipe.

In our second episode of our babymoon series here in Hawaii we have popped over to Kauai, the rain-forest island to show you everything what we saw, did and ate.

After checking into our resort for the next 3 days at Koloa Landing Resort, an apartment style resort with a massive pool we headed out for S’mores before going down to have dinner at the Holoholi grill to try Poke for the first time.

The next day we started at sunrise to head to the Little Fish Coffee cafe to grab a bagel for the road as we made our way towards Waimea national park to see the breathtaking views of the waterfall, Kalalau Valley and the Napali Coast.

That evening we relaxed by the pool, went down the water slides before waking up the next day and making our way to the northsore to have some fish tacos and shave ice.
