I try a lot of different Hawaiian specialties, including LOCO MOCO, KULUA PORK, CRUNCHY MUSUBI and KATSU CHICKEN from a local Hawaiian restaurant in my North American land-locked city!

We did an advertisement for the brand LaTalia and a clothing store ”Milk and Honey”. After, we sent to a restaurant Poh-Keh for lunch.

Wow! Ai Pono Cafe at the Eat Your Heart Out food hall at Durango Resort in Las Vegas has AMAZING Hawaiin food! I tried the Chef’s Plate, which came with mahi-mahi, beef, spicy poke, rice and mac salad. At Hedonisia Eco Hostel in Hawaii, we grow a lot of our own foods. These are available for guests and volunteers to pick and eat at their leisure. Tropical fruits include bananas, avocados, papayas, rollinia, rambutan, ulu, lilikoi and starfruit among others.
