今回はハワイ料理？ハワイ飯？
ポキ丼（漬け丼）なる料理を賄いで作りました。

【ポキとは？】

ポケ（ハワイ語 poke）は、ハワイ料理の一品。実際には英語風にポキと発音されることが多い。白飯の上に載せたものはポキ・ボウル（poke bowl）とも呼ばれる。

ポケとはハワイ語で「切身」を意味する言葉で、現在では魚介類の切身に、塩、醤油、食用油、海藻、香味野菜などを混ぜ込んで調味した料理を指す。
ハワイ人には生魚を食べる習慣があり
獲れたての魚を捌き、塩で味付けして海藻などと共に食べるということが昔から行われていたようである。
19世紀に刺身の文化を持つ日本からの移民が大量に入植し、また各国から新たな食材や調味料が持ち込まれたことで現在のような形に変化した。類似の料理として、鮭をトマトとタマネギで和えたロミロミ・サーモンがある。

まぁ見るからに漬け丼だよね？
なので、冬に美味しい鰤を使ってポキ丼を
簡単に作れるのでお家でワイキキ気分（笑）

それでは、さっそく
ポキ丼の作り方を紹介させて頂きますね！

【材料】

鰤（造り用）　200㌘

みりん　90㏄

濃口醤油　60㏄

酒　60㏄

山葵　適量

大葉　適量

ワカメ　適量

煎り胡麻　適量

胡麻油　数滴

ご飯　適量

【作り方】

①ポキ用の合わせタレを作ります！

みりん、濃口醤油、酒を合わせて
ラップをせずに、電子レンジで2〜3分加熱して沸騰させてアルコール分を飛ばし冷ましておく

②①に山葵、ワカメ、煎り胡麻、胡麻油を加え
混ぜ合わせて山葵を溶かしておく。

③鰤を、小さめの一口サイズのサイコロ状に
切り分ける

④切り分けた鰤③を合わせタレ②の中に加え
全体的に混ぜ合わせたら、冷蔵庫で30分ほど
漬け込んで味を馴染ませる。

⑤ご飯を盛り付けたら、③を乗せる
お好みでタレを少しかける！

あれば、卵黄をのせて
刻んだ大葉をトッピングしたら

簡単で美味しいハワイ料理
ポキ丼のできあがり〜
