Spam Musubi is a Hawaiian beloved snack, composed of spam, egg, rice and dried seaweed (nori). You can easily find spam musubi at convenience stores in Hawaii. People in Hawaii eat spam musubi as a snack or lunch. This is one of the best spam musubi recipes out there! Try it! 🙂

Ingredient List
4 Slices of Spam (Spam Lite)
2 Eggs
1 sheet of Dried Seaweed (Nori)

(*Soy sauce glaze Ingredients)
2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Mirin (Japanese cooking wine)

2 bowls of Rice
(*Rice Seasoning Ingredients)
Salt 1g
Vinegar 1/2 tsp
Sesame oil 1tsp
Sesame seeds 1tsp (optional)

There are a lot of iconic Hawaii foods that people love to eat. I wanted to create a Hawaii food tier list and rank the best foods in Hawaii. This list includes favorites, like acai bowl, saimin, shave ice, loco moco, poke bowls, and more. This tier list is based on my preferences. I’m sure some may disagree with where certain foods are ranked, but that’s the fun of tier lists. I would like to know how other people would rank these Hawaii foods and why.
